Attorney Rumanovski deals with commercial and civil litigation in all judicial courts - and in particular, representation in commercial and civil disputes, insolvency proceedings, corporate litigation and class actions, as well as protection of employee rights in the Labor Court.
Before establishing the firm, Attorney Rumanovski gained practical experience in the field of commercial litigation such as control disputes, liability of directors and officers, derivative claims and class actions as well as in insolvency proceedings of leading and well-known companies in the economy.
In addition, Attorney Rumanovski has unique experience working in the Israeli Knesset. Thus, in the past he was the legal assistant in the office of Knesset member Rachel Azaria. In this position, he was responsible for providing legal opinions for bills, preliminary research, drafting legislation and presenting opinions in Knesset committees.
Attorney Rumanovski graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from the law school, Sapir Academic College. As part of his studies, he carried out extensive research in the area of the issue of withdrawing from class actions and the use of class actions as a defensive tool.After completing his mandatory service in the IDF, Attorney Rumanovski served in a special unit of the Israel Police and has a rich security background.In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Rumanovski regularly volunteers as part of a unique fighter training project in elite IDF units for tactical combat, alongside reserve service in the patrol unit of the paratrooper brigade.
Attorney Rumanovski is a certified mediator by the Bar Association.
